Absolutely! Troy City Fitness is the perfect place to start your fitness journey. Every member gets a personalized program designed specifically for their fitness level, plus a dedicated coach guiding you through every workout. You’ll never feel lost or intimidated by our private facility and supportive community make sure of that. Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or you’re getting back into it, we’ll meet you exactly where you are and get you to where you want to be.
Our memberships start as low as $15 per session and we offer a wide range of options to fit every budget, from personalized semi-private training to large group classes. Every plan includes unlimited group classes, so the more you show up, the more value you get. The best way to find the right fit is to come in for your free class and we can walk you through everything in person.
We are located at 4924 John R Rd, Troy, MI 48085, on the corner of Long Lake and John R inside the Troy Town Center Plaza, next to Johnny Cakes and across from CVS. We are easy to find with plenty of parking right out front.
We offer both! At Troy City Fitness you get the best of both worlds. Our personalized training programs pair you with a dedicated coach who builds a program around your specific goals, while our unlimited group classes bring the energy of a team environment to keep you motivated. Every membership includes unlimited group classes, so no matter what plan you choose, you always have access to a strong, welcoming community pushing you toward your goals.
Yes! We have top of the line equipment including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and premium squat racks with multiples of each so you never have to wait and always have your own space. We also have Keiser machines, sleds, battle ropes, hurdles, and specialty cardio equipment to make sure every workout is challenging, effective, and never boring.
We are not a 24/7 facility, and that is actually by design. Being a private gym means you always have a coach present during your workout to guide you, keep you accountable, and make sure you are getting the most out of every session. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 6am to 8pm, Friday 6am to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm. We are closed on Sundays.

We don’t offer a formal childcare program, but we are a gym full of parents who understand that life doesn’t stop when it’s time to work out. We have a fun waiting area where your child can hang out comfortably, and our layout is designed so you can keep an eye on them from every angle of the gym. So you can get a great workout in and never lose sight of your little one.
Yes! Nutrition is a huge part of the transformation process and we take it seriously. Every member receives a customized nutrition system built around their lifestyle, goals, and preferences. We don’t believe in one size fits all diets. Our coaches work with you to build a plan that is realistic, sustainable, and designed to get you results. Combined with your personalized training program and accountability coaching, our nutrition system gives you everything you need to truly transform your body.
Getting started is simple! Just book your free Blueprint Session on our website. This is a one on one consultation with one of our coaches where we learn everything about your goals, current fitness level, and lifestyle. From there we build your personalized program, get your nutrition plan in place, and pair you with an accountability coach so you are set up for success from day one.
