Andre Kzirian
Founder
I was never an athletic kid growing up. I got cut from the basketball team, cut from the football team, and spent most of my childhood being picked last. Academically I was struggling too, and if I am being honest, life was not headed in a great direction.
Then one day everything changed. I discovered strength training. During my college years at Wayne State, where I was studying finance, I became completely obsessed. I transformed my body, but more importantly I transformed my mind. I became more disciplined, more resilient, and for the first time in my life, truly confident. That confidence gave me the courage to take the biggest risk of my life and walk away from a traditional career path to become a personal trainer. I just wanted to give other people what strength training gave me, something that literally changed everything about who I was.
Within a few short years I became known as the go to guy for fitness in my area, and at just 23 years old I opened Troy City Fitness with one mission – to help people transform their lives on a bigger scale. That was 10 years ago. What I never saw coming was the greatest gift of all. The community. This gym has become a family, and watching our members show up for each other, celebrate each other, and push each other every single day is what gets me out of bed every morning.

Bryce Gordon
I know what it feels like to not be comfortable in your own skin. A few years ago I made the decision to change my life and lost over 30 pounds.
That journey was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but it was also the most rewarding. It showed me what I was capable of and it gave me a purpose I had never felt before. I wanted to help other people feel exactly what I felt the moment everything clicked. I went on to graduate from Oakland University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a focus in kinesiology, and spent years getting certified in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and corrective exercise.
I then spent over four years working in physical therapy, helping patients rebuild their bodies and their confidence from the ground up. Combined with 8 years of personal training, every experience I have had has made me a better coach and a more empathetic one. I do not just train people. I understand them. I know what it takes to make a real change because I lived it myself. Every single day I get to walk into this gym and have a positive impact on someone’s journey is a day I am grateful for.
This is not just my job. It is my calling, and I genuinely love every second of it.
Felix Lee
Fitness has always been more than a career for me. It is how I am wired. From the moment I discovered the impact that movement and strength training can have on a person’s life, I knew this was exactly what I was meant to do. I graduated from Wayne State University with a background in kinesiology and exercise science, but my education did not stop in the classroom.
I have had the privilege of working in physical therapy both here in the United States and in China, and those experiences completely shaped the way I coach. Seeing people from different cultures, different backgrounds, and different bodies work through pain, limitation, and self doubt taught me that the human spirit is incredibly resilient when given the right support. I bring all of that into every session I coach.
I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Every person who walks through the door has a unique story, unique goals, and a unique body, and my job is to meet them exactly where they are. In my free time you will find me exploring new training techniques and finding better ways to help people move, feel, and live better. I am constantly learning because my clients deserve a coach who never stops growing.
Helping someone achieve something they never thought possible is the greatest feeling in the world, and I get to experience that every single day.

At Troy City Fitness, we pride ourselves on top-of-the-line equipment, so you never have to wait. Our facility features dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and premium squat racks – with multiples of each, so you always have your own space. For functional training, we’re equipped with Keiser machines, sleds, battle ropes, hurdles, and specialty cardio equipment to keep every workout fresh, effective, and results-driven.
Premium Amenities
Troy City Fitness is a private training facility designed to give you a premium, distraction-free experience. We feature two locker rooms with two private showers each – so there’s always one available when you need it. Enjoy complimentary towel service, an on-site supplement shop, and fresh protein shakes to fuel your training. Plus, our custom Troy City Fitness app puts your personalized workouts right in your pocket, so you have a coach with you everywhere you go.
